The only thing I was a little dissapointed in was that the truck bed carpet (bed rug) under the tonneau cover was not cleaned or vacuumed up. still had straw in it and smelled wet. More

I found a few trucks I was interested in and contacted the phone number on the website. Jeremy Brandt answered my call after business hours "which I was not aware of". I gave Jeremy stock numbers of trucks I was interested in. Jeremy asked questions like "where are you from what will I do with the truck what options would I be looking for what type of emission regulations are in my area being that I am from out of state ". Jeremy truly made me feel he had my best interest in mind the entire time. Before I new it I was not even thinking about any of the trucks I had called about. Jeremy sent many links to different trucks to me that evening. Jeremy took my information and passed it along to the finance department. To my amazement I got a nicer truck with less miles and a better payment than I could have ever imagined, After dealing with dealerships in my local area. In less than 48 hours I had this truck in my driveway. It was well worth the 537 mile round trip. I can not say enough good about my experience with the dealership and it was a pleasure to meet Jeremy Brandt after working over the phone. More

The financial side of things seemed to be a little pushy from the dealership, when I clearly declined certain coverages. This was a big negative to me as this is not the first car I've ever bought. For someone to keep questioning my decision, as I am the buyer, is not how they should work. Spoiler alert- I have a transmission leak after owning the truck for 2 days that they said was fixed. I found it when I test drove this truck a few weeks ago, was fixed by the dealership and now has returned less than 400 miles later. Great salesman that I had, so so finance department, and uncertain of the repairs they are doing to used vehicles. More
