Excellent and friendly service and my favorite of all is that they are very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing their vehicles on the lot! that they are very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing their vehicles on the lot! More
Background: We live in S. Carolina and were looking at helping our son, who lives in Texas, purchase a vehicle. The "car gods" gave us a gift when they led us to Chance Denny. Carolina and were looking at helping our son, who lives in Texas, purchase a vehicle. The "car gods" gave us a gift when they led us to Chance Denny. Chance is that rare salesperson that genuinely cares about his clients; one that goes the extra (hundred) mile(s) to ensure his clients obtain the vehicle that most meets their needs and budget. From our initial contact through final sale and beyond, Chance has been there for us 100%. He's the kind of salesperson that every dealership should strive to employ and I can only hope that All American Chevrolet of San Angelo appreciates him as much as we do. I'd also like to thank the service staff that worked with him, with us, when a totally unexpected issue arose - they handled it like the xxxxxxthey are. **If management would like more info, we'd be happy to go into greater detail - just give us a call.** More

My overall experience with All American Chevrolet of San Angelo, Texas does not include only one Department. The level of commitment and customer service at this location is a true sense of TEAM ORIENTED. “ Angelo, Texas does not include only one Department. The level of commitment and customer service at this location is a true sense of TEAM ORIENTED. “Allow the Customer to feel like a part of our family”. A few months ago, I began my search for a new vehicle that included a towing package. From working with Sean and Bobby in Sales who at one point dropped off my new vehicle at my work location and returned my rental. Included Steve and Steven in Finance, going the extra effort to secure financing. The team in collision (repair and trade-in) provided outstanding customer service and quick replies. To Emilio, Rachel, and others in the service department, they assisted with my trade-in vehicle last oil change. Knowing who I was when calling. Never a long wait time. The guys were so polite when giving me a ride. Even our old friend Carlos who we had worked with us since our first experience with All American Chevrolet, San Angelo in 2005. Asking “How are you doing Ms. Hernandez”. “Do you want anything to drink”. Once a few years back we purchased 2 vehicles on the same day for Black Friday. Dealing with this sales team has seriously been one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado in December of 2020 and had issues with it from the start. After the worst experiences I have ever had! I purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado in December of 2020 and had issues with it from the start. After breaking down on the side of the road with my kids for 3 hours on a Saturday while we figured out that a tow truck would cost over $500 to tow us in (even though we pay for roadside assistance through On-Star and a coverage through the dealership) my husband opted to tow me into town on a rented trailer and a salesman agreed to meet with us and try to work out a trade in deal. The sales manager was extremely cocky and acted as if this was the only dealership we could do business with and when we were fixing to walk out asked "well what do you want this paper to say?" I gave him a number and waited for a response. He literally came back with a number $1.30 over what I asked which felt like a slap in the face but nonetheless I agreed to the deal under one condition, that they not do anything with my truck besides fix it due to the fact that the truck they were going to sell me had not arrived and I couldn't see it in person. The sales manager agreed and we finished up with him and got back with our salesman to work out the details of a loaner vehicle. All paperwork finished and after a long day we get in this loaner vehicle which smells of an ashtray and go to head home when we realize that the truck has a flat it had a psi of less than 20 and we have 85 miles to drive home so we text our salesman and his reply is "I didn't notice that sorry". At this point I am already frustrated but we manage to find somewhere to put air and are able to make it home. The next day we get the flat fixed in the town where we live. Days go by and we text our salesman to ask for updates on when the new vehicle will arrive and we get no reply. He finally tells us that the truck is at a dealership in San Antonio or Arlington but that it still doesn't have a chip and he isn't sure exactly how long we will have to wait. Ok fine just keep us updated! We get a call 1.5 weeks after we dropped the truck off that it had been fixed and our salesman told us that they should not have told us that and that he was still working on getting us a new truck in. THE NEXT DAY A DIFFERENT SALESMAN POSTED MY TRUCK THAT WAS FIXED FOR SALE AFTER THE GAVE ME THEIR WORD THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN! My husband called our salesman and was met with zero compassion for the situation even though we had expressed this concern from DAY ONE! My husband used some choice words in the heat of the situation and was told by the salesman that he would no longer be helping us and that we can reach out to a sales manager from this point on! I tried and literally felt disrespected by all that I spoke to! Not a single person reached out to is to try and shed any light on the situation at hand! Today I went to pick up my truck that had been repaired and took my receipt for the tire I had fixed on the loaner that I had and the sales manager looked me straight in the face and said" where am I supposed to get the money from?" My reply was "where was I supposed to get the money from?" It was a repair on their loaner vehicle that was an issue when we left the dealership why should I have to pay out of pocket? I will never purchase anything from this place again! I am furious to say the least! More
Saleswoman Carrie and manager Billie were very helpful in trying to find me a 2022 Bolt EUV. My wife and I liked the Bolt EV in their showroom, but didn't love it, and decided to go the Bolt EUV route. After trying to find me a 2022 Bolt EUV. My wife and I liked the Bolt EV in their showroom, but didn't love it, and decided to go the Bolt EUV route. After a few days, Carrie found us a Bolt EUV in white, liked we had asked, in Missouri of all places. The deal worked out and they brought the car in and it's been great. The cherry on top was they helped us trading in our 2019 Nissan Rogue SL and overcome the nightmare Nissan has put us through in the last 6 weeks with their new lessee policies - where you can't sell your leased Nissan to anyone but a Nissan dealer. Luckily, this Chevy dealer has a Nissan store under their umbrella and it all worked out. Thanks again to Carrie and Billie. More
