I came in looking for a good used car that got great gas milage and had room for my wife and my two boys plus myself. It truly felt like he had our best intrest in mind. He showed us a Chevrolet Malibu with low milage and great room inside. He aslo whent over some very important safety features and let us know about the great gas milage and warranty that was still on it. We drove it and instantly loved it. Mr. McQueen made the deal go smooth and easy. We still have the Malibu and would recomend it as a very good car for a family of our size. I agree, they should not be in business. They are part of the reason why americans arent buying used cars anymore, because of deceptive scum-balls like these guys at all american. I went with a friend to check out some used trucks, because they needed another one for his ranch. By the end of the day, we set our sights on a gmc sierra. We both checked it out top to bottom and it appeared to be in pristine condition. We also got a fair price for it. Several weeks later, we were driving on one of the ranch roads and we heard creaking...after we got back to the house we checked the engine and found nothing. I checked under the car to see the frame of the vehicle and discover that that frame had been CUT and WELDED back together. The very next day we went back, and were threatening everything we could because we knew this was illegal. Instead, they said that they would replace it for free, they gave us a brand new '08 dodge ram crew cab i suppose as a "bribing method" or something...we went to the BBB and they told us that we were probably mistaking it for something else.....go figure. More
