Our salesman was great! He bent over backwards to make the deal! When it came to the higher ups that’s a different story. We bought a new Grand Wagoneer, we tried to do t He bent over backwards to make the deal! When it came to the higher ups that’s a different story. We bought a new Grand Wagoneer, we tried to do the auto parking (neither the salesman or service could get it to work); after taking our new Wagoneer home the navigation wouldn’t even pick anything up in our state, the auto dimming on the screen didn’t work and the running boards hand a mind of their own on going down or up. After taking the car back to the dealer to let them know the issues it was a fight to get them to do something about it. The salesman bent over backwards to help us once again and get the issues fixed but the higher ups did not want to budge to provide us a loaner car since we had to leave our car for a few days. They finally gave in after telling them to give us our original vehicle back. The loaner car smelt like fish and had someone’s half eaten lunch in the back of the car for who knows how long. The service department said the cars computer system Needed 4 to 6 updates. After the updates were. Impelled we are still having the same issues with the navigation, auto parking park sense, and auto dimming are still not working. Our salesman gets 5 stars but the dealership gets 3 starts. More
