I had originally called and asked Sam (last name unknown) to price me a car over the phone. I explained to her that I do not like pushy sales people or ones that say "What can I do for your to leave with a to price me a car over the phone. I explained to her that I do not like pushy sales people or ones that say "What can I do for your to leave with a car tonight". I liked the price Sam gave me on the phone and visited the dealership that night. She introduced me to Jon who was the perfect sales person for me. He showed me the car and we discussed the price again and instead of going up from what Sam had given, it had actually gone down a few dollars. It had taken me over a week to decide that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and also a very negative experience at a different Ford dealership. When I recontacted Jon, he was very professional, eager to help me and VERY patient and the best part was that the price still stayed the same. More
We decided to buy from All-American after we shopped around at other dealers. We received the best price from their Internet Sales Manager, Greg Pfeffer. Greg gave us the best price right away, withou around at other dealers. We received the best price from their Internet Sales Manager, Greg Pfeffer. Greg gave us the best price right away, without us needing to haggle and negotiate. We really appreciated that, and we came to their dealership right away to order the car. Greg turned the paperwork over to another salesperson, Paul Fins. Although Paul is no longer there, he was wonderful to work with to initially order the car. We then worked with Peter Schultz, and his manager Ramy Elsafty. Both of them provided us great support until the car was delivered to us. Neil Hutkins, the finance person who helped us, arranged the very best car loan that he could get for us. The APR that he got for us was unable to be matched by my Credit Union, which is almost unheard of! Today, I had a service issue with the car. I spoke with Joey Delorenzo (a woman) and she had all the paperwork and a loaner car all arranged for me by the time I came in! Service like that can't be beat! Thanks again to all of the All-American Team, who helped make this car buying experience wonderful! My husband and I have been telling everyone we know, how much we love our new car and the dealership where we bought it! More
Thank you for the excellent service on Saturday. Nicole Pohlmeyer deserves high praise for helping me replace my old 2001 Forester with a new Impreza. Note: All American Subaru did not have the color that I wanted. However, they made calls to other dealerships and found what I needed. Having a dealership that one can trust gives a welcome sense of security in today's world. I will recommend All American Subaru to all my friends. More

We came in looking for a 2013 Ford Escape SE, and they had plenty of models. We talked about what we wanted, and Peter Schultz tried to match us up with a car that we liked. We test drove a car, looked had plenty of models. We talked about what we wanted, and Peter Schultz tried to match us up with a car that we liked. We test drove a car, looked around at some others, and when we staed talking about price we went inside and sat down. We got a price that we thought was great, got some rebates on top of it, and walked out of there with a brand new car to drive home. More
Having visited a Ford dealership close to my home and having THE worst customer experience, I of course took to the internet and researched dealerships. The reason I chose to visit this dealership was be having THE worst customer experience, I of course took to the internet and researched dealerships. The reason I chose to visit this dealership was because of previous reviews I read online. When I walked in there was a pretty smiling face at the desk asking me if I needed help. I told her I was there to lease a car and she introduced me to Joe G. He engaged me in conversation before assessing my needs and wants for my new vehicle. Through our conversation, I found out Joe collects beer cans. I too am a collector and so we had commonality. Joe truly listened to what I was asking...lower car payment than what I was paying, and as little money down as possible. Throughout our conversation, Joe would ask me if I'd like some coffee or water, each time I declined. Once he found the perfect Edge for me and we agreed on a price ( less than what I was paying for my current lease), he said he was going to get my new vehicle cleaned up and install a remote starter. As he was leaving, he once again asked if I'd be interested in coffee or water...he also asked if I'd be interested if he was offering a glass of wine. Jokingly I said...how about a beer? During this time, pizza was delivered to the dealership and just about every person I came in contact with asked me if I'd like a slice. When Joe returned to his desk...he actually brought me a beer!!! No, I wasn't drunk when I drove my beautiful silver Edge with leather seats off the lot. Joe G. was informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He offered for me to call him first if I had any questions, needed help with something, or if there was a problem. Tory, the SYNC was very nice as well. She too offered for me to call her with questions. I thought the service was great and would definitely recommend All American Ford in Old Bridge as well as do business with them when it comes to leasing/buying another car. Keep up the great work! Leased a 2012 Ford Focus. For a brand new car (at the time) it was terrible. It drove like a piece of garbage. The transmission felt like it was shaking and it makes a terrible noise every time I turned. time) it was terrible. It drove like a piece of garbage. The transmission felt like it was shaking and it makes a terrible noise every time I turned. The passenger side window motor broke after a year. But that's besides the point. I wanted to get out of my lease early. I went to Kia and they gave me the money to pay out the rest of my 5 payments. Frank Pedi told me they didn't have enougb room on their huge lot to fit one small car that week so I have to pay car insurance on 2 cars longer than I should have to. He never returns any calls and when I did actually talk to him he would rush me off the phone or talk over me. The vibe I got was that that is just his personality but I don't really think that's how customer service works and maybe he should pick a new profession. Also, the service department is a huge joke. You go in there and they're all nice and pleasant but I don't think they know what they're doing either. I went in one day for them to fix my broken passenger side window and to get an oil change and got roped into spending $100 more than I was planning. Whatever though. It was benefitting the car. When they told me the window was fixed I went to pick it up and it wasn't fixed at all. They had no idea what was wrong with it but decided I would come back the next weekend and they would put a new motor in the door. Okay fine since that was covered unter warranty. Good thing because if it wasn't I would have had to pay out of pocket for a new motor instead of them bothering to figure out what the actual problem was. After I dropped the car off the next weekend and picked it back up I go home and there is tar all over my windows. I called to tell them what they did and a woman in the service deparment told me I should use Windex....on tar... I don't know how she's employed there. So I went back for the 3rd weekend in a row for them to wash my car. I get home and there is still a smudge on the window. Clearly they don't know how to take their time. I'm leaving the smudge and giving it back to them like that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. More
