Joe and Frank were great. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was in a week earlier and could not close a deal with the salesman I had at that time. I contacted the dealership a couple of days later and told them that I was still interested in leasing a vehicle (2013 Escape). Joe contacted me back the same day and the rest is as they say,history. Joe laid out all the numbers, explained what they were and the deal was done. His brother Frank (lease manager) took over from there explaining things about the lease and working out all the details with my insurance carrier. All in all the expierience was excellent and I would not have any problem with recommending All American to someone interesed in buying/leasing a new vehicle. By the way, the Escape is great and I look forward to driving it for the next 3 years, maybe more More
The experience was easy and pleasurable. There was no going back and forth. We came to an agreement and I signed the papers. Peter is very knowledgable and friendly. I went to another dealer (closer to my house) 3 different I went to another dealer (closer to my house) 3 different times for an issue with the shifter in my 2011 Explorer. After the first visit a Ford I went to another dealer (closer to my house) 3 different times for an issue with the shifter in my 2011 Explorer. After the first visit a Ford customer representative contacted me and asked if i wanted her assistance in getting the issue resolved. Even with 2 more visits and a Ford rep involved to help, the dealer couldn't fix the problem and refused to help me further. The Ford rep contacted Nick Savino (Service Manager) and as soon as she told him the story his response was "what can i do to help?" They agreed the shifter was faulty and ordered a new shifter. Today i went to All American for the issue and Al Wargo (shop foreman) observed the problem and within an hour and a half my truck was finished and (I think) fixed... I would like to thank Rachel Curry, Service Advisor, for her excellent customer service and help, Al Wargo for the knowledge and workmanship to fix the problem, and Nick Savino for wanting to help the customer first and foremost and resolve the problem!! Frank started by questioning as to what exactly what we were looking for in a car. With that information he showed us some choices that fit our price and expectations. We were able to further narrow it down to the car we ultimately chose. Frank was up front, direct, and yet personal in his approach with us which was very comforting throughout the process. We were then introduced to Tom who gave us information about possible added features that are available. He was very personal and endearing. After the papers were signed and the car was now ours All American Ford had Dana (a delightful young lady) walk my wife and me through the electronic features in the car. She was very knowledgable and easy to follow with her explaination. The process from start to finish was very satisfying. More
I recently had an amazing experience at All American Ford. Due to the recession my credit is shot, and I thought I had little to no chance of getting a new car. Jamie and his team at All American got me Ford. Due to the recession my credit is shot, and I thought I had little to no chance of getting a new car. Jamie and his team at All American got me approved for the financing I needed and put me into a new Escape. They made the monthly payments affordable and structured the deal with a reasonable down payment. I can't believe I'm driving a new car..........which I love. It truly is a miracle and they made it happen. Everything they do is geared towards making the customer feel satisfied. Go there and see for yourself. Unbelievable. More
