I went to All American because I saw the Presidents Day Sale in the paper. I thought I wanted to lease a car....we drove the new 2013 Fusion and loved it Peter was very helpful in explaining the differ Sale in the paper. I thought I wanted to lease a car....we drove the new 2013 Fusion and loved it Peter was very helpful in explaining the difference between leasing and buying (I had always bought my previous cars) He presented both options and didn't pressure my wife or I....he excused himself and said why don't you guys talk it over and when I come back I'll answer any further questions you may have. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his pricing negotiations....and was a pleasure to buy a car from (we bought instead of leased) Earlier in the day we visited another Ford dealer...they didn't seem to have the time of day for us From the time we sat with Peter to the time we sat with Dayna to go over the cars interior.....we felt like everyone was there to make buying our car at All American an enjoyable experience. An overall great experience....and love the car! More

I have been looking to buy a Subaru for more than one year to replace my 11-12 year old Subaru Outback. During that time I walked into several Subaru dealerships to price and seriously consider buying a year to replace my 11-12 year old Subaru Outback. During that time I walked into several Subaru dealerships to price and seriously consider buying a new car. My experience was, I think, that because I was a single, older woman, no one took me seriously or were so agressive I felt uncomfortable about staying to talk about buying a car. Instead, I chose to have my old car fixed-up so that I could drive it as long as possible. Finally, because of a Car Buying Service with USAA auto insurance, I went to American Ford / Subau in Old Bridge, NJ that was 30-40 minutes from my house. Upon my arrival at All American, I was greeted by a young woman who was very kind and willing to help me out. Her name was Iryna Obolonchyk. At first, I was looking to talk with the manager who was listed on the paperwork from USAA, but Iryna was sure she could help me out and convinced me to sit and talk for a while. After a few minutes with her, I began to feel comfortable and together we exaimed all the options. The result, after 3-4 hours of questions and answers and driving 3 car models a couple of times each, I not only buy a car, but ordered the brand new XV Crosstrek in Venetian Red Pearl. It was because of Iryna's kind and patient manner that helped to decide on buy the new Crosstrek. In fact, during the waiting period, I went back to All American to challenged her and my decision, by driving the demo car again reviewing all calculations. Again Iryna helped me feel comfortable with the car I orderd and all the numbers. Only then, was I absolutely sure I made the right purchase (no buyer's remorse). Finally, the car arrived. Within 6 hours Irnya had all the papers, was well organized and efficient so that the processing time was well spent. Now, I love the car, I have no regrets and I can only say good things about All American Ford and the people who work there. In fact, while I was in the process of buying my car, my daughter also bought a brand new Ford Escape because I was so happy with the dealership. Every car dealership should have a sales person like Iryna Obolonchyk. Maybe there would be less people, like me walking out. More
I am a second time buyer at All American Ford. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay when I walked into the showroom in Old Bridge. Jamie Thalor did a great job in his effort to str exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay when I walked into the showroom in Old Bridge. Jamie Thalor did a great job in his effort to structure a satisfactory purchase deal for me that agreed with my dollar figures. He was not interested in selling me a truck that was on the Old Bridge lot that was not equipped the way I wanted it. In fact, the one I wanted, right down to the VIN, was an incoming model that was destined for the Hackensack store. Jamie made up the sales order and had that truck marked as SOLD upon receipt at Hackensack. Less than 1 week later, Jamie notified me that the vehicle had been received at Hackensack. Jamie went to Hackensack on a vehicle swap, personally drove my new truck to Old Bridge and 1 day later I had my brand new 2013 F-150 STX 4x4 in my driveway; yes the exact model right down to the VIN. No pressure, equipped exactly the way I wanted it and Jamie would not be satisfied unless I was satisfied. Now I am the proud owner of the latest model of the the best ½ ton pickup truck on the planet. I will recommend Jamie and this dealership to my friends and family and I will be a third time buyer at All American Ford, sooner rather than later. More

I was lucky, I had a little time after my pickup was totaled so I shopped around. I went to dealerships all over Staten Island, Brooklyn and Jersey. It was xxxx, I must have went to over a dozen dealerships. I stopped by All American Ford early in my journey just to look and felt no pressure to buy. The sales person was great. I told him my price range and what I was looking for and he did everything he could to stay in those perimeters. I told him strait up I was only looking and he was OK with that. He spent over 3 hours with us that first day. Of course he pulled the "what can I do to get you in this car today" card but that is expected. He was completely understanding that I was only looking for the time being. When it was time to buy with check in hand I will be honest, I went to a couple of other places first just because they were closer. They all either lied on their internet adds or the car was no longer in stock or I just plain got a horrible felling from them. I headed back to All American Ford. I told him my absolute highest price and he didn't waste my time looking at things way to expensive. He also didn't try to put me beater or something without the features I was looking for. He was absolutely great. So after tons of help from my salesperson I walked out of there in my new Vehicle . It was right in my budget and exactly what I was looking for, no compromises. A great car buying experiences by GREAT people. I will be back (hopefully not for a little while but when the time comes it will be the first place I go). More
