My first time using their service department and I must say... it was a flawless experience. Karen was so nice and inviting. The service reps were very pleasant, they were quick, and most importantly... they didn’t over do it with trying to get me to do a bunch of other services. They offered once and respected my answer... which seems to be rare these days. At minimum, I will be using them for ALL my maintenance needs and I will likely see them first when my lease is up to get into another F150 before I go anywhere else. I highly recommend their service department! More
