Dear G, We are sorry that this was your worst service experience. And we are sorry that the dealership you purchased your vehicle from would not help you and the one on Staten Island would not help you either. Although we have the largest loaner fleet in the area, during this global pandemic, sometimes our fleet gets booked up. And a loaner vehicle is a privilege that we first provide to our loyal customers that purchased from us. In addition, due to our insurance regulations, we do have the right to deny a loaner vehicle to customers under the age of 25 years old. Despite you never being to our dealership before, our Service Manager treated you like a loyal customer and provided additional options than what you listed in your review and offered to help you find alternative means of transportation. You were unwilling to work with us on a solution, and frankly were unnecessarily rude to our staff. We always tell customers it is important to purchase from a dealership that they trust to handle their service needs as well because like any business and industry, loyal customers get benefits and privileges. Again, it is unfortunate that your selling dealership did not want to take on your service business but we have no control over that. We wish you the best of luck trying to find a dealership that will help you at this point.
