I would stay as far away from this dealer as possible if looking for parts. I ordered two parts for a 2020 Ford-150, right from the Ford Accessories on-line site with All American Ford being the dealer. looking for parts. Whats worse, is I have called a dozen times over the weeks and although the parts person takes my information and says they will call-back they never do. Next time I call, I go through the same process of providing them the same information. Honestly, I would not buy a floormat from these folks. All I've been asking for is a simple status. If the parts were delayed that would be one thing. Stay, far, far away. There are plenty of dealers in the area. More

Horrible parts Dept , I visited December 9th around 3:30 PM for a battery terminal bolt for my Ford GT! Guy behind the counter advised me stay on side for parts but no one was at the parts department, ONLY PM for a battery terminal bolt for my Ford GT! Guy behind the counter advised me stay on side for parts but no one was at the parts department, ONLY MYSELF! After 20 minutes I asked him he said you suppose to read the sign and press button for parts help. I said to him” why didn’t you tell me in first place?” Or you could have helped me. Now 20-25 minutes no customers are around But he didn’t even try to have a conversation with me. Horrible horrible customer service. Bud More
