Alyssa Ferrono was very professional and helpful during our basic maintenance service visit on November 17th. As pleased as we were with her, we were extremely disappointed with All America and/or Ford Mot our basic maintenance service visit on November 17th. As pleased as we were with her, we were extremely disappointed with All America and/or Ford Moter Company over the necessity to replace all lug nuts on a vehicle with 27,519 miles. We feel All American and or Ford should have absorbed this expense. It’s truly sad that the litigation filed in this matter leaves vehicle owners at the mercy of the auto industry’s failure to place safe products into the stream of commerce. Had an anomaly where both Escapes purchased in’19, one month apart, had inoperable backup keys. Turned out just needed battery replacement. Our service rep, Karen, was courteous and explained that the tec month apart, had inoperable backup keys. Turned out just needed battery replacement. Our service rep, Karen, was courteous and explained that the technician found the colloquy level was leaking and could’ve caused bigger problems. Car will be returned for recall repair and loaner provided. Karen provided excellent service as did the mechanic who diagnosed the problem. Can’t thank them enough. Would never have thought a simple battery replacement for the backup starters would be so beneficial! More
