I am once again pleased with the service experience at All American Ford in Old Bridge, NJ. over the past three years I have taken my truck to All American Ford for all servicing and recall needs. I did not buy my truck there but I went for service on a recommendation from a friend. Every person that I come in contact with is very personable and professional from the technicians to the service reps. Ryan handled my paperwork quickly and was very informative on what needed to be done without trying to push unnecessary service on me which I appreciate a lot. The technician checked my alignment while I waited and took the truck off to the garage all within 3 to 4 minutes. the work was done that day and Ryan texted me when I was able to pick up the vehicle. I have owned a lot of cars in my time and been to a lot of service departments which all end up leaving me disappointed and broke. This is the first dealership where I actually feel as though the service department is a friend and not out to bleed me dry. I actually look forward to my next stress free experience there. More
