Easiest Car buying experience yet My wife and I went to the dealership with no expectations and to just test drive an Explorer Sport. If it wasn't for Aram we most likely wouldn't have purchased a vehicle that day or even at all. The best car buying experience ever! I went in last Friday July 3rd to test drive the Escape, we were helped by Tom Stass, the salesman. I loved the car but wasn't planning on buying it n I went in last Friday July 3rd to test drive the Escape, we were helped by Tom Stass, the salesman. I loved the car but wasn't planning on buying it now, I was just doing my research. When we were leaving , Tom said he was going to call his sales manager Steve, I forgot his last name. Steve was a very pleasant and friendly guy. Tom showed him the color that I was interested in but they didn't have it at the dealer, Steve said he could bring the car over by Monday so I could see the color in person. I was ok with that and we went our way. Saturday morning I went online and saw the color that I wanted with a package that I wanted, I talked to the person online , left my name and number and another manager called me this time was the GM and his name was Dominic. He said he was going to get me the car I wanted ( the other car was a little plain ) and he would call me when the car got to the dealer. He called me that afternoon and we went there , Steve once again helped me, he made sure I test drove the Escape again but this time was exactly the model I wanted . I test drove the car< once again I loved it , Steve gave my trade in a very fair price and the negotiations were simple and pleasant, no games, no nothing. He was clear , honest and very nice, he knows exactly what the customer wants ( by the way on Saturday Tom , the salesman was off) and how to achieve that excellency in customer service. We sealed the deal last Wednesday the 8th, I got the car I wanted, the financing I wanted thanks to Steve so I heard and I drove my 2015 Ford Escape off All American Ford in Paramus very very happy! I would highly recommend this dealer and Steve ( I am sorry I forgot your last name Steve ) and Tom and also Alex from the finance department. Guys, thank you so much for everything, you are the best! Do not go anywhere else . If you want to buy Ford you have to come here. The Nissan dealership that my husband bought my Sentra would not even come close to the professionalism, friendly and feel good environment that these guys have at this dealership.
