I always have a good experience when I come in for service. Today I was disappointed in the lack of the use of face masks. I come to Ford for the quality of service and customer service. My car is my service. Today I was disappointed in the lack of the use of face masks. I come to Ford for the quality of service and customer service. My car is my personal space and I trusted my space with the dealership. From the service desk to the mechanics, I would say maybe 20% of the staff I saw had masks on to protect themselves and customers. With the rise of the pandemic, I would of expected more precautions to be taken. More
