They were diligently working for me to find a vehicle that was to my liking. Knowing my time is limited, Carlos made sure it was best utilized when I picked up my vehicle. While TJ, the sync specialist, showed me how to use all the electronics in my car, Carlos got most of the paperwork done. TJ was incredibly patient and informative. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but also those of my daughter. Next, we were introduced to Alex who helped me finish the final paperwork so I could officially take the car home. He made everything quick and easy, and was very pleasant to deal with. Before leaving Carlos told me if I have any questions about the vehicle at any time just to call. As a matter a fact, Carlos called me three days after I received the car to make sure I was happy with it and to see if I had any questions. I found this dealership through my credit union. After going to a few other dealerships, i decided to take a chance on this one. I already knew what type of car I wanted and I knew how car salesmen can b going to a few other dealerships, i decided to take a chance on this one. He showed me a few and i found two that i liked. He was very friendly, he wasn't pushy, and he was very professional. He was also very detailed about the type of vehicle i wanted. He tried to find the right car for me that was in my price range and he wanted to make sure i was comfortable about the selection i was making. He answered every question I asked and he was very honest with me. If he didnt know the answer to my question, he would get a clearance from someone else. I was surprised when he told me he was new to All American Ford, only being there for about 2 or 3 months. He seemed like a seasoned salesman. Overall, i finally made my choice, and i am VERY pleased. Mr. Porter and also Alex S made this experience a great one. I have no complaints so far and i would recommend this dealership. More
