I purchased a car through the COSTCO car buying program, thus negotiations were limited; I thought the ov with my sales representitve, Mac Campbell. I would never deal with this dealership ever! I left two emails and a telephone VM with Paul Senale the Internet salesman , he never responded to any of them . When we came into the dealership we were approached by a young man I believe his name was Luis? He had no clue what he was doing. He walked myself and my mother out into the freezing cold to look at a car that was an exact replica of what was sitting in the showroom!! When I asked him to look at his inventory and see what he has and what numbers he can come up with, he told me that his boss was adamant that I go and look at all the cars first and test drive one...which I had already done before. Very unprofessional !!! More

I'll be honest, I hate car shopping, but Steve and Carlos make shopping for a new car so easy. They are honest, knowledgeable and dependable. If I have a question, they know the answer, if I have a problem, they take care of it. Let's face it, we have zillions of car dealerships in Bergen County, but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to lease/purchase a Ford but All-American, Steve and Carlos.
