Overall satisfied with All American Ford and very happy with my sales representitve, Mac Campbell. I purchased a car through the COSTCO car buying program, thus negotiations were limited; I thought the ov with my sales representitve, Mac Campbell. Mac did an excellent job of both securing the correct car from another All American location and investing a lot of his own time to make sure we were satisfied. He also did a great job of explaining all of the options and decisions we needed to make clearly and was very responsive to our concerns and questions, which made it one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. We were looking for a new vehicle after our current one was no longer usable. We visited Larry upon the suggestion of a family member. I would never deal with this dealership ever! I left two emails and a telephone VM with Paul Senale the Internet salesman , he never responded to any of them . When we came into the dealership we were approached by a young man I believe his name was Luis? He had no clue what he was doing. He walked myself and my mother out into the freezing cold to look at a car that was an exact replica of what was sitting in the showroom!! When I asked him to look at his inventory and see what he has and what numbers he can come up with, he told me that his boss was adamant that I go and look at all the cars first and test drive one...which I had already done before. Very unprofessional !!! More
Great sales team, 15 year customer of Nissan but they couldn't come close to the deal we received at All American. First let me say I love my new Ford Fusion!!! My husband and I have leased/purchased several cars from All American Hackensack. Why??? because of Steve Plunket and Carlos Marin. I'll be honest, I hate ca and I have leased/purchased several cars from All American Hackensack. Why??? because of Steve Plunket and Carlos Marin. I'll be honest, I hate car shopping, but Steve and Carlos make shopping for a new car so easy. They are honest, knowledgeable and dependable. If I have a question, they know the answer, if I have a problem, they take care of it. Let's face it, we have zillions of car dealerships in Bergen County, but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to lease/purchase a Ford but All-American, Steve and Carlos. I have purchased many cars in my time and this is my second one with Jerry Foreman. I don't see any reason to ever go any where else in the future he is the best. He just makes things so easy while always valuing my time. He also had an assistant help me sync my phone and go over the car while he closed out the paperwork to limit my time hanging around. The assitant was Mike a young man that was extremely pleasant to deal with.The other person was in the buisness office closing the deal and unfortunatly I don't remember his name. In closing I just want all to know that in my eyes these guys are the best and I will always reccomend them and i will continue my purchasing of Ford products from All American in Hackensack. One must also know I live in New York. More
I was biased. Currently had a 2011 lease that was coming due and first shot was at All-American. Steve Plunkett, who i dealt with the first go around introduced us to Carlos. He inquired what we were looking for, budgets, long range plan and so on. He crunched numbers and offered options. Impressed with the options but decided to look at other vehicles. Carlos actually encouraged to weigh our options cause he was confident in his product and numbers. We took our time looking at jeep, nissan , toyota. All during this time he stayed in contact offering any services that may assist with the final decision. Never forceful. it was up to Nissan Murano and Ford. Went back one more time to test the edge again. My wife and I were there for 4 hours crunching the numbers and at no time was there any pressure from Carlos at all. He gave us space ,refreshments and answered any questions we had. At the end of it all, the service, rebates from the lease give back and comfort level with Carlos made us decide to lease a 2013 Limited Edge. When we picked up the vehicle, the same type of service was given. When i commented on a grease pen mark, there was no complaining. Quickly called the detailer and it was taken care of. The actual signing of papers was pleasantly quick. More

More
