When I visited the dealership and found out he was not there I began my search for another Ford dealer closer to home, even though I had a wonderful experience with Larry Rubin when I visited Hackensack. Once I heard Steve was back I ended my search and was excited to do my repeat business with him and Carlos Marin. Steve and his team are first rate and provide excellent service. I always recommend my friends to shop around first and then see Steve for an honest and good deal. I am so happy Steve is back and running a professional group of salesmen. More

My 1999 Toyota RAV4 was dying and my oldest grandson was driving a Ford Focus that he and his parents were very happy with (great gas milage and safety features) so I wanted to check out a 2013 Focus. I was using the Costco auto buying program and, lucky for me, All American Ford of Hackensack was participating in that program. Eddie Watson was the sales person who helped me and he is the best! He showed me the inventory available and a new 2013 red Ford Focus was the pick of the litter in my opinion. Eddie patiently explained the buy versus lease options available to me but the monthly payments were a little out of my range. Eddie worked with me over the course of a few days (numerous phone calls - Eddie is a very patient guy with a great sense of humor) and he finally was able to come up with a lease deal that I could manage. I get a new car when my old one falls apart and I told Eddie that thanks to him, I now had a new hot ride! I definitely recommend All American Ford of Hackensack and Eddie Watson as a sales person. If you do go to this dealer and see Eddie, please tell him I said "Hello!" More
I lost my car during hurricane Sandy's flooding. I really wasn't sure how to go about getting a new car so I shopped around a bit. I went to 3 ford dealerships and All American in Hackensack along with it's wasn't sure how to go about getting a new car so I shopped around a bit. I went to 3 ford dealerships and All American in Hackensack along with it's staff were, by far, the best with inventory, customer service, and pricing. The salesman I dealt with were Pat Payne and Adam Selman. Both knew the car details and specs in and out. When it came to pricing, they flat out beat the other dealerships. After I picked out my car (a Ford Fusion) they set me up with Daniel Lindsay to go through all the car's functions (setting up bluetooth, explaining all the technology, etc.). Daniel was patient and knew the car inside and out. In the past, I've had the salesman do this and it seemed a bit rushed. Really meant a lot that All American had a specialist on hand to take time to fully explain and teach you about the vehicle. The last person I met with there was Chris Haslam for the paperwork and financials. Very smooth process. The whole time, I never felt rushed. Very professional and informative. The whole deal was smooth from start to finish and after shopping around I know I got a deal. Really cannot express how grateful I am to everyone I dealt with. Highly recommended!! More

Larry was fantastic in my search for a new car after my old car was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. My dad leased his first car from him last year and suggested I check out a Ford as well. I knew what I was looking for, and Larry really helped meet those needs. He was able to secure the car I wanted and have it ready for pickup while I ironed out everything with my insurance company. The whole process took less thank four days. I'll absolutely be back in two years when the term is up to consider another Ford. More

Eventually a friend recommended All-American Ford in Hackensack. I called and worked with Adam Selman. He was polite, helpful, and honest. He understood exactly what we were looking for and quoted us a great price that we accepted on the spot. Picking up the car was a breeze as well. We worked with Brian E. who had the car prepped and ready to picked up in no time. He was also great in explaining the various features. He even entertained our 1.5 year old daughter while we completed the paperwork. I highly recommend anybody looking at a Ford to visit All-American. More
