My 2008 Focus was deemed a total loss due to the October 28, 2012 storm, Hurricane Sandy. When I went to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle, Ryal was the salesman who helped me. He also took the time to drive me down to the lot where the cars are held to show me different models and colors. I went to the dealership with the Focus in mind but left with a brand new, FULLY loaded 2013 Escape. I love my car and never thought I would be sitting in the driver seat of such a beauty!! IN THE WAKE OF HURRICANE SANDY I KNEW I WOULD HAVE TO GET TO A DEALERSHIP ASAP, HAVING DEALT WITH HACKENSACK FORD AND FINDING A USED TRUCK THAT FIT MY NEEDS I DECIDE TO GET THEIR EARLY, THAT'S WHEN I MET RAY TO A DEALERSHIP ASAP, HAVING DEALT WITH HACKENSACK FORD AND FINDING A USED TRUCK THAT FIT MY NEEDS I DECIDE TO GET THEIR EARLY, THAT'S WHEN I MET RAYAL, HE WAS CLEANING SNOW OFF THE CARS IN THE LOT AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS A SALESPERSON. HE TOOK US INSIDE BEFORE THE START OF THE REG BUSINESS DAY AND OFFERED US COFFEE AND A PLACE TO GET WARM. RAYAL ASKED US HOW WE MANAGED THE STORM AND SHOWED TRUE CONCERN AND COMPASSION FOR THE LOSSES WE HAD SUFFERED LIKE MANY IN THE STORM. HE THEN STARTED SEARCHING FOR THE TRUCK I HAD SEEN ONLINE.
