I was looking for a new van and Jeff blew the competition away with the price. He hooked me up with Mike who went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted. The customer service at All American Ford was great. When I was first contacted by them, they didn't have the car that I wanted they went ahead and found the car without taking a deposit from me which was gr I was first contacted by them, they didn't have the car that I wanted they went ahead and found the car without taking a deposit from me which was great. The quality of work was great also. They were very fast and very helpful at getting all the paperwork done quickly and without hassle. Jim (the salesperson) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I had worked with other dealers while shopping around for the vehicle that I wanted and All American Ford gave me the best price out there. They actually beat the other dealers by a difference of $1000 USD. My overall experience with this dealership was great and I would definitely go back there when the time comes to get a new vehicle. This is my second lease with All American Ford. My salesman, Carlos, is friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I told him exactly what I wanted, he was able to get it for me in le salesman, Carlos, is friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I told him exactly what I wanted, he was able to get it for me in less than a week. I went into the dealership and within 2 hours drove home with my brand new car. My primary contact at All American Ford was Marissa Rangel, she was friendly, informative and very diligent in getting me the answers to all of my questions as quickly as possible. The Sales Person Rangel, she was friendly, informative and very diligent in getting me the answers to all of my questions as quickly as possible. The Sales Person that I feel went out of his way to get me a great deal was Adam, the quotes I received by Adam were far better than any other dealer. Eddie Watson did a super job in completing the transaction in Adam's absence. When I went to the dealership unannounced, he did everything he could to get me all the information I needed and walk me step-by-step through the transaction. Finally, Dan did a great job in showing me all of the tech features of my 2012 Ford Focus. He synched my phone for me, showed me every electronic gadget that the car had to offer and was super patient with training me as to how to use the parking technology package that came with my vehicle. I drove to All American Ford in Hackensack, NJ from Long Island because they gave me the best deal. My transaction is not 100% complete as I still need my registration and plates, but based upon service thus far, I'm sure everything will go smoothly. More

After going to another dealer and feeling as if we had gone to a circus ..it was great to walk into All American.. Eddie listen and knew we did not want to be going in circles with pricing.. we told him w gone to a circus ..it was great to walk into All American.. Eddie listen and knew we did not want to be going in circles with pricing.. we told him what we wanted and what price he was able to find it and we were set... until the snow came and the power went out for 3 days so the car he was going to get for us was no longer available but the dealership worked and found us another car but with a little bit more equipment but since we had settled on a price we were given the car at the price on the 1st car.. we did have to wait a little longer but it was worth it the car is great and I would recommend this dealership and Eddie. Larry my sales rep. was very patient with me especially when it came to choosing the color. You see, my 2009 Fusion was ink blue metallic which I really, really liked and wanted in the 2012. Was told the color was no longer offered. I got the Slate Grey which it nice but wish they will bring back the ink blue metallic. Hopefully, when I have to return this car, the color will be back. Once again, it was a very good experience! More
