Please allow me to explain this bad experience. As a company we strive to provide each and every customer with an outstanding experience. Unfortunately this does not always happen. Our understanding is that Massachusetts requires a new car buyer to have Motor Vehicle paperwork completed within 7 business days of the purchase. Our DMV clerks are primarily accustomed to New Jersey DMV documents and procedures. It is frustrating to us that we could not swiftly provide you with the needed motor vehicle paper work for Massachusetts. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of communication that was provided to you.
