HORRIBLE - the car service experience was awful.I had problems with the car from day one the passenger airbag light kept going on and then they disconnected by autostart because they said that was the pr problems with the car from day one the passenger airbag light kept going on and then they disconnected by autostart because they said that was the problem because it wasn't a ford part - I bought this car brand new from a ford dealer why would there not be a ford part in it. The lease return only done Monday - Friday from 11 - 4. After several phone calls and no satisfaction I told the girl that I was returning it at 8:30 a.m. and if no one was there to take it I was taking off my plates and leaving it on the lot. Finally received a phone call back that I would be met by a 'leasing specialist' who took the odomoter reading and gave me my plates. I hope I never hear from them again, but I'm sure they'll find someway to torment me further. BTW I bought a Volvo! More

Stopped by the dealership on a friday night on rt 9 in Old Bridge, with the family, drove 1/2 hour to get to the dealership to see the new explorers. Went inside had to ask for a salesman, they gave me a Old Bridge, with the family, drove 1/2 hour to get to the dealership to see the new explorers. Went inside had to ask for a salesman, they gave me a young kid who had no clue what he was doing, I had to show him how to find the cars he said that they did not have on the lot on his computer. Then I wanted to get a price on 2 cars, both that he said that were not on the lot,and he was more concerned about getting a copy on my license, more than helping me. I had to show him that they were on the lot. I could not stand in the dealership at that time anymore, so I left without getting a price. On the way home I was s agravated that I called the manager in charge that night, and he was more concerned about defending his employee than trying to get my business, obviously they do not need it. If you want aa great dealer it is definetly worth the drive go to Flemington.com they carry all types of cars, are friendly, and priced right. That is why I purchased two cars at Flemington. More
Bought used car for my son, they overcharged blue book value. Then we had to take it back cause it would not pass inspection...windows tinted. Then they wouldn't even help take off the tinting (which is i value. Then we had to take it back cause it would not pass inspection...windows tinted. Then they wouldn't even help take off the tinting (which is illegal). Things kept going wrong with the car. Then they wouldn't even fix it and sent us to the Mitsubishi dealership and the list of what was wrong was huge; brakes, motor mounts (2 broken) timing belt was just about to go which would have ceased the engine completely and it must be checked at six years old - it was clearly never checked by dealership, (which is their obligation to do or at least warn the customer about)plus there were radiator leaks and many more items. Anf finally when we tried to make a claim on the useless warranty they sold us from FORD, nothing was even covered. They ignored our pleas to cover things and they wrote a totally customer UNFRIENDLY letter back to me after I complained in writing. They are horrible people. More
In the market for a new car. The General Manager worked hard to get me the deal. I had a trade-in. The dealer called for the payoff on my car at the same time the lender was trying to auto deduct a car p hard to get me the deal. I had a trade-in. The dealer called for the payoff on my car at the same time the lender was trying to auto deduct a car payment from my account. This happened on the same day so the payoff was $500 lower than it should have been. I drove the car for four days and received a call from Anthony, the Finance Manager stating that he needed an extra $500 due to the difference between the payoff and the contract. I told him that I would be in the next day with cash. He demanded a credit card over the phone and accused me of being a thief. He proceeded to tell me that he could report me to the police. Mind you I just handed over $3K for a down payment and accepted very aggressive terms to get into my new car. AND I didn't know that my current auto finance company was deducting funds from my account, as I turned off the auto payment the weak before I started shopping for a new car. After Anthony's horrible tone and accusation, I rushed to the dealership to pay him immediately with my credit card. Again, in front of my sales person, my husband, and other shoppers he accused me of being a thief. I told him to take my credit card as payment and he refused. He wanted cash only! He eventually accepted my credit card and I left the premises completely humiliated. Before I signed my contract everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. After the deal was done it was a different story. There are good people working at this dealership, specifically Margaret in the finance department. However, it takes a very long time to make a deal. And there is definitely a control problem with the management team. The sales people are not really in sales. They are just messengers running between the customer and the "cage" like robots. You can tell that they don't possess salesmanship or authority and that is a huge management problem. This is my fourth Ford and I am completely happy with the brand. However, in this economy customer service and repeat business is everything. Anthony made false accusations over a $500 mistake and it cost him a long-term customer and a ton of referrals. If you are in the market for a Ford, try Englewood or Paramus Ford dealers, maybe they run a professional organizations that aren't in the habit of humiliating new customers. More

We just bought a new Tarus from All American Ford and had fun doing it! We were greeted by the General Manager Art Lieberman shortly after arriving at the dealership. He was friendly, attentive and made su fun doing it! We were greeted by the General Manager Art Lieberman shortly after arriving at the dealership. He was friendly, attentive and made sure we were being taken care of throughout. Art introduced us to our salesman, Joe Caragulla, who was a hoot to work with. We never felt pressured or hurried. Joe took time to answer all of our questions, address all of our concerns and he showed us how everything worked. Art made sure that we were getting a good deal. He even did the math to help us decide whether to take the rebate from Ford, or to use the low APR financing. The 2011 Tarus is an awesome car, and All American has a super friendly staff. The owner even took time to say hello and offer his assistance. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family! More
