This was my first time buying a new car. I expected the sales person to be pushy and obnoxious. My husband and I entered the dealership and began looking around. Soon after we were approached by Tommy who was quite the opposite of what I expected. He was friendly, not pushy at all, showed us all our options and was patient answering all our questions. We went back the next day with more questions and made a decision to purchase a Ford Fusion. I drove it home the day after. I am very happy with my purchase. I was also happy with the technician who showed us all the option's in the car and how to program and work the handsfree phone system. More

I got the red carpet treatment from the moment I walked in the door. I spoke over the phone with Larry initially before coming down to the dealership, then upon arrival James Michael Payne took over assisting me with my search. He took his time explaining all my options, showing me the different models and going over the numbers with me. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the best deal for the car I wanted. It was a long process, understandably, but worth EVERY single minute. Even after getting my car, James continued to assist me with any thing I needed regarding the car. Every time I stopped by, it was basically all-hands-on-deck...the sales reps are all very helpful. James, however, is the MVP in my book for the whole transaction and thereafter. They even invited my back for a celebratory cheeseburger which was more like icing on the cake. If I knew more people who were in the market for a new/used vehicle, I would not hesitate to refer them to James/ALL AMERICAN FORD in a heartbeat...I know they would be in excellent hands.
