This is the 2nd car I have leased from All American Ford and the experience was just as good this time as it was 3 years ago. I was in the market for a new vehicle and therefore began to visit local dealerships in my area, and, was repeatedly disappointed in the over-all process. I then started speaking with friends and co-workers to visit local dealerships in my area, and, was repeatedly disappointed in the over-all process. I then started speaking with friends and co-workers about my plight and found that several of them recommended I visit All-American Ford in Hackensack. What was interesting about this as well is that I had heard this said about this dealership for a few years, from people who have been loyal customers. The common thread were the praises they gave to the exceptional sales and service that is offered from the people who work there. I then realized that it was definitely the right place for me to visit. From the moment I arrived I knew that this was not an ordinary dealership. Everyone was friendly and extremely nice. Even the environment felt inviting and relaxing. I had never felt quite that way when I visited a dealership before. This was from start to finish a totally stress-free experience. I was introduced to, and spoke with, the general manager, Arthur Lieberman, who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Mr. Lieberman then introduced me to my sales person, Gabe Cabrera, who then worked through the entire process with me with, what I can only say, was an outstanding level of concern and care for meeting my needs. I honestly cannot say enough about the wonderful way Gabe worked with me. The best way I can describe the entire experience with All-American Ford is that I not only drove away with the car that I wanted, but I have found for myself and for my entire family of five drivers (and that's just my immediate family) the only dealership we will ever do our business with from now on. All-American Ford in Hackensack is, hands down, the best dealership with the best sales staff I have ever worked with in my life, and I look forward to many many more experiences with them! More
Overall experience with dealer was great. Salesman Jim Whorley did not pressure. Spent the time to find exactly what I wanted and delivered as promised. Would highly recommend Jim. I signed a my second lease with All American Ford on March 29th 2010. I've gone to Tom both times! He's great, very professional and takes the time out to go through all the options with you. I recently returned my lease and leased a brand new ford fusion through all american ford. The sales person carlos was very helpful and knowlegable. I have been buying from All American Ford of Hackensack for years now and couldnt imagine going anywhere else.They make you feel like family from the time you walk in. A GREAT CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! MY 2007 FORD FUSION SEL LEASE WAS CONCLUDING IN DECEMBER AND I WENT TO ALL AMERICAN FORD TO INQUIRE ABOUT LEASING A 2010 FORD FUSION SEL. CARLOS MARIN WAS THE LEASE MANAGER LEASE WAS CONCLUDING IN DECEMBER AND I WENT TO ALL AMERICAN FORD TO INQUIRE ABOUT LEASING A 2010 FORD FUSION SEL. CARLOS MARIN WAS THE LEASE MANAGER WHO TOOK THE TIME TO GREATLY DETAIL WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD. HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ME AN EXCELLENT DEAL ON MY FUSION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN A FORD TO VISIT ALL AMERICAN AND ASK SPECIFICALLY FOR CARLOS MARIN. Oh where do I start. I purchased this vehicle in 2004. It was brand new and my first American truck. Let me start by saying it will be the last American vehicle I ever purchase! I started having problem It was brand new and my first American truck. Let me start by saying it will be the last American vehicle I ever purchase! I started having problems within the first few months. The first issue; the vehicle had was stalling when going from reverse into drive. They were able to find the problem the first three times but not the forth (it still happens). The next issue was with the cruise control. I was on the Garden State Parkway in the fast lane, when the truck went to accelerate it just died...shut off....dead.....ON THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY!!!! They said "well we couldn't make it happen so......we couldn't fix anything". I have never used the cruise since. So the next big thing was, early one morning I went to open the rear hatch door..THE DOOR FELL OFF!!!!!!! I had 21,000 miles on the truck and the door fell off!!!!! The service department wanted me to pay the whole bill because the hinge is a movable part and was told not covered. In every instance I have had to deal with them, there has been some problem. The latest fiasco with All American Ford was not a direct issue relating to the overall repair on the vehicle as it was with the level of incompetence in the Service Department. I brought my truck in because the ABS and 4X4 High lights were coming on and the truck was making a strange sound when you would take your foot off the accelerator. I made an appointment for the truck to be fixed and reserved a loaner car. I dropped my car off the afternoon before....no loaner. I had to get an enterprise rental in which AAF would only cover $28.00 of the $35.00 a day charge plus I had to pay the taxes and $5.00 a day rental tax (so much for the FREE LOANER!!!!). After not hearing from them about the status of my truck I called. I was informed that the truck wasn't even looked at.....I made an appointment and they didn't even look at it. I stopped in the next morning and asked what was going on and was assured that it would be looked at that day. That afternoon I called and found that the truck was done (sensor replaced) and that the Warranty company had not yet paid them. I called again around five PM and asked what was going on? they stated that they still hadn't been paid and that they leave at five and the warranty company doesn't pay claims on the weekends. I left an event to drive to the dealership to get it straightened out, after two hours we found that the fax machine at All American was not working (service dept). They gave me another fax number and said it would be there. I left figuring I would be able to pick it up first thing Saturday morning. Well they said they never got it.........ANOTHER TWO HOURS LATER.......I FOUND 3 FAXES FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY NEXT TO THE FAX MACHINE ON THE DEALER FLOOR!!!!! When I asked what the xxxx was going on they said that they thought that fax number was upstairs!!!! INCOMPETENCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE!!!!! and its NOT ACCEPTABLE. Overall I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I have now filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC Bureau, the Ford Motor Company. Needless to say my confidence in the American vehicle is in the toilet. I will never purchase another American vehicle again. In addition I will be selling the truck and purchasing a Japanese truck. How unfortunate!!! More
