We started with an inquiry into used vehicles which he showed us the inventory and offered a test drive; but my attention was drawn to the new cars on the very large showroom. After discussing the buy vs lease options and physically trying out several models, we narrowed to the 2016 Focus SE. (My son is tall and does not fit into some vehicles) Rudy was very professional and offered extensive technical advice yet he was never pushy. We took a test drive followed by narrowing the color choices etc. Once the choice was made, which turned out to be an in stock at another location, he arranged to have the car and keys on site before we finished the initial paperwork. Rudy went over all the various controls and features, synched the phone, and made sure we were comfortable with the car before we left the dealership. I am a second time buyer at All American and I will be back for 2 more vehicles in the near future. We drove home in the new car after a professional, friendly and courteous sales experience. More
