After discussing the buy vs lease options and physically trying out several models, we narrowed to the 2016 Focus SE. (My son is tall and does not fit into some vehicles) Rudy was very professional and offered extensive technical advice yet he was never pushy. We took a test drive followed by narrowing the color choices etc. Once the choice was made, which turned out to be an in stock at another location, he arranged to have the car and keys on site before we finished the initial paperwork. Rudy went over all the various controls and features, synched the phone, and made sure we were comfortable with the car before we left the dealership. I am a second time buyer at All American and I will be back for 2 more vehicles in the near future. We drove home in the new car after a professional, friendly and courteous sales experience. More

I was taken in immediately as my car was not drivable. I was lucky that a loaner was provided as my husband was hospitalized and I couldn't be without a car. They open at 7:30 a.m. Since I live right in Hackensack, it didn't take much time for me to get home. I was called when the work was done and then there was someone there to pick me up at my home (sorry, don't remember their names), but they were very accommodating and took me back to the Ford dealership to pick up my car. Now, it's running like new. I had the day off so driving me home and picking me up was easy. However, I work in Englewood. If I had to go to work, then you must call at least a month in advance to make an appointment to get a loaner car which would be easier for everyone involved if you had a rental car. More
