Treated like family! I could not be happier with my experience at All American Ford. We walked in the dealership with the intention of leasing a car for my husband, and w I could not be happier with my experience at All American Ford. We walked in the dealership with the intention of leasing a car for my husband, and we ended up both leaving in new cars! Our salesperson Rudy Porter was patient and really took his time with us to make sure he was giving us the best deal possible, and he came through with flying colors!! He made us feel like we were a part of the All American family, and after this experience I wouldn't think about going to any other dealership! If you need a car Rudy is the person to see. More

From the smiling faces that great you, to tending to your needs while you wait with refreshments and friendly conversation. The staff are all ready willing and able to answer your questions with no pressure. I'd like to give a special thanks to Eddie for explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle. It did not matter how many questions I asked he explained everything completley with a smile on his face. Super thanks to Mr. Fisher for his time and patience and for trouble shooting with me. Do not account for their mistakes The car was not available for the test drive even though I was told that it is over e-mail. I was assured that the car comes with key-less entry pad The car was not available for the test drive even though I was told that it is over e-mail. I was assured that the car comes with key-less entry pad, but once I bought the car I discovered it's not there. It was a mistake on behalf of sales person and just to be fair dealership should have installed it for free, but they refused and didn't even offer me a discount. I spoke with the manager Hernan Maranon and he made it sound like it's my fault. I tried calling and e-mailing General manager Joe Fisher, but he ignored my e-mails and phone calls. It would cost me about $200 to get it installed ans it would cost them even less. So basically for less than $200 they lost a customer for life, smart move guys... The only good thing about them is that they gave me a best price. More

Came in to All American Ford this afternoon for my 40,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation) and went right to Kenneth Whyte's office to chec Came in to All American Ford this afternoon for my 40,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation) and went right to Kenneth Whyte's office to check in. Ken was friendly and cheerful, same as he always is each time that I've come in to have work done on my truck. Ken also helped me redeem my accumulated service rewards points from All American Ford and I ended up walking out of the place having paid a lot less than I had planned to for the day's work. Of course I will be going back to see him again the next time my truck needs service! While I was waiting for my truck to be finished, I began wandering around All American Ford's used car lot contemplating my next preowned vehicle purchase. Was approached by Hubert Daley who asked me if I needed help with anything since I was checking out several different makes and models on the lot. He was very helpful and answered my questions about the cars there and we chatted for a while about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. While I did not buy anything today (planning on going car shopping in August when I have a few days off) more than likely I will go see Mr. Daley for my "new" set of wheels! More
