As usual, great service from Kenneth! Came in to All American Ford this afternoon for my 40,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation) and went right to Kenneth Whyte's office to chec Came in to All American Ford this afternoon for my 40,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation) and went right to Kenneth Whyte's office to check in. Ken was friendly and cheerful, same as he always is each time that I've come in to have work done on my truck. Ken also helped me redeem my accumulated service rewards points from All American Ford and I ended up walking out of the place having paid a lot less than I had planned to for the day's work. Of course I will be going back to see him again the next time my truck needs service! While I was waiting for my truck to be finished, I began wandering around All American Ford's used car lot contemplating my next preowned vehicle purchase. Was approached by Hubert Daley who asked me if I needed help with anything since I was checking out several different makes and models on the lot. He was very helpful and answered my questions about the cars there and we chatted for a while about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. While I did not buy anything today (planning on going car shopping in August when I have a few days off) more than likely I will go see Mr. Daley for my "new" set of wheels! More
