I found the exact car I wanted at All American Ford, for a better deal than I had seen anywhere else, unfortunately they were over four hours away from me! Despite doing everything long distance, Chris help a better deal than I had seen anywhere else, unfortunately they were over four hours away from me! Once I got to All American Ford, I was relieved by how easy the process was as well as how awesome Chris was throughout the process. Any issue I was worried about, he had a solution to, and any worries I had were immediately put at ease. Alex helped me through the financial part of the process of buying my car. He explained everything clearly and concisely. These guys were awesome and even though they ended up staying past closing time to help me get out of there with my car, they kept a great sense of humor and maintained the same level of great customer service throughout. The direct sales person was friendly however management was not very cooperative. This was the second vehicle I was leasing and they were not willing to meet my needs. They did not mention certain things that would affect my purchase, I also ended up not getting the best features on my car due to the fact that they were not able to offer me a car that had all the features I needed.
