Ken was a pleasure to work with all day. After going through a few issues with my tire on my Ford Mustang, everything was handled with great service. The service manager i dealt with kept me well informed. I have only one complaint, it took 2 weeks for the part to come in. The first time it was ordered the manufacturer sent the wrong part, Then i was t have only one complaint, it took 2 weeks for the part to come in. The first time it was ordered the manufacturer sent the wrong part, Then i was told the part was back ordered.A company so big like ford should have the necessary parts in their warehouse. A one day job should not take 2 weeks because of a parts problem. More
