In fact, the experience was so memorable we wound up getting another vehicle from them two days later. In particular, Carlos our salesman, Joe the sales manager and Chris the finance manager were terrific. We were not pressured or constantly hassled. When we saw a vehicle we were interested in, we were free to try out all of the features. When we made the deal, we were given a hands-on tour of our new vehicle. By the end of our first purchase, we felt very well taken care of. It was due to their level of customer service that we decided to visit them again for our second vehicle. With that purchase, all we needed to do is call Carlos with our specifications, and within minutes he found the perfect vehicle to meet our needs and worked with Joe to get us a great deal. When it came to financing, Chris was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process simple. Again, a shining example of the wonderful customer service we received. While shopping we spoke with other customers in the showroom, many of whom have purchased from All American Ford in the past.,and they all said the same thing - they keep going back there for the service. In short, without sounding like a commercial, the staff at All American Ford were amazing, and we would wholly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
