My wife and I hadn't purchased a car since 2006. We didn't have a great experience then, and we were skeptical as we went into the dealership with a fair amount of trepidation. But the staff was super friendly and put us at ease from the moment we walked in. There was never a time when we felt pressured by a "hard sell". Billy sat down with us and slowly explained all of our options, broke down the payment options that were available to us and helped us to make safe, sound decision. We must have sat there for a couple hours, just getting all the details straight... But Billy was so patient in sharing what we needed to know until we got it! After test driving the first vehicle, we decided that we needed something different and without any hesitation, we ran the new numbers and started the process of getting into our Perfect Car! Joe and Billy went out of their way to make everything work out for us, and now our family is much safer in a brand new Ford EDGE. All American Ford made Believers out of my wife and I. The other great fact that did it for us, was the service that was available to us as customers. I'm almost looking forward to returning just for an oil change, as they really roll out the carpet! The car is perfect and our experience has put a smile on our face every time we get behind the wheel! We will Definitely be making the trip to Hackensack in the future! More

Wow!!! where do I begin.... I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the building by Kyle asking me if there was anything that he could help me with. The experience we had at All American Ford in Hackensack was above and beyond anything we ever expected. To be honest, we walked into the dealership not expecting to purchase a vehicle at all. However, the quality of customer service and fair pricing was so good that we wound up leaving with a vehicle that day. In fact, the experience was so memorable we wound up getting another vehicle from them two days later. In particular, Carlos our salesman, Joe the sales manager and Chris the finance manager were terrific. We were not pressured or constantly hassled. When we saw a vehicle we were interested in, we were free to try out all of the features. When we made the deal, we were given a hands-on tour of our new vehicle. By the end of our first purchase, we felt very well taken care of. It was due to their level of customer service that we decided to visit them again for our second vehicle. With that purchase, all we needed to do is call Carlos with our specifications, and within minutes he found the perfect vehicle to meet our needs and worked with Joe to get us a great deal. When it came to financing, Chris was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process simple. Again, a shining example of the wonderful customer service we received. While shopping we spoke with other customers in the showroom, many of whom have purchased from All American Ford in the past.,and they all said the same thing - they keep going back there for the service. In short, without sounding like a commercial, the staff at All American Ford were amazing, and we would wholly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
