This is the 4th car I've gotten from the sales manager Steve Plunkett and his team. They are outstanding. I used to shop for price, feature / function of other model cars but never again. Now I am in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours driving in my new car with exactly the deal I wanted. This time it was a 2014 Ford Escape Platinum. I've find Steve to be honest and trustful. Each time I've explained to him what I wanted to achieve, how much I wanted to spend .. on either a lease or purchase ... and he finds exactly what I want - at the price I want. I'm always feel I'm treated as their only customer. He knows I will buy a car if he puts the right deal on the table .. and he does it every time. My sales rep this time was Carlos Marin. He was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He implemented the exact deal Steve and I made with not 1 change or issue. The finance team of Chris Ortiz and Arie Davis had all the paperwork put together in 30 minutes. The explained everything in an easy to understand manner. These folks make it so easy and comfortable getting a new car that I can't wait until 36 months are up on my lease so I can come and get another. I had great experience working with both Ray Ciampaglia and Chris Ortiz. Typically what most people view as a car salesman’s image isn’t a good one, and they are usually associated with a bad car buying ex and Chris Ortiz. The only way to improve this image of a salesman is to build a good reputation and image by managing the perception each customer has of the salesman by handling all situations honestly and professionally even when dealing with aggressive, non-cooperative demanding customers. I understand that everyone needs to make a living and being a salesman isn’t the easiest of jobs, and every customer wants to feel that they are getting a good deal. I am pleased to give a positive review of Ray Ciampaglia, as I didn’t feel he was trying to “get one over on me”. I was adamant with what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and when I wanted it, and Ray worked hard to deliver all to my expectation. I had a good experience with Chris Ortiz as well. Chris was professional, direct, and forthcoming and there were no surprises. I would recommend this dealership because of the experience I had with both Ray and Chris. BJS20 More
