I had great experience working with both Ray Ciampaglia and Chris Ortiz. Typically what most people view as a car salesman’s image isn’t a good one, and they are usually associated with a bad car buying ex and Chris Ortiz. Typically what most people view as a car salesman’s image isn’t a good one, and they are usually associated with a bad car buying experiences where the customer feels that the salesman is trying to get something over on them, and that they are being screwed (and not in a good way). The only way to improve this image of a salesman is to build a good reputation and image by managing the perception each customer has of the salesman by handling all situations honestly and professionally even when dealing with aggressive, non-cooperative demanding customers. I understand that everyone needs to make a living and being a salesman isn’t the easiest of jobs, and every customer wants to feel that they are getting a good deal. I am pleased to give a positive review of Ray Ciampaglia, as I didn’t feel he was trying to “get one over on me”. I was adamant with what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and when I wanted it, and Ray worked hard to deliver all to my expectation. I had a good experience with Chris Ortiz as well. Chris was professional, direct, and forthcoming and there were no surprises. I would recommend this dealership because of the experience I had with both Ray and Chris. BJS20 More
