This is the second time I have come to this dealership to lease a vechicle. The atmosphere is always professional. Even while walking to the lounge I was asked if i needed something or needed help. I went in to have my car appraised, a 2006 Pontiac G6 which was not in great condition.... everyone was extremely nice and friendly from the beginning and I walked out with a 2014 Ford Escape. I purchased a used Ford vehicle from All American Ford. The sales person was knowledgeable and I had a good experience with him. I did have a problem with two of the rims on the vehicle and was put in touch with Mr. Vergopia. We communicated through e-mail and phone calls and he was nothing but helpful and understanding. When I went to the dealership and met Mr. Vergopia in person my experience was even better. He was very professional in every way and explained what was getting done to my vehicle. He spent alot of time with me and was concerned that the vehicle was repaired correctly. They assisted me with a problem with the SYNC system and even fixed a nail in my tire at no charge. This was a great experience for me knowing that All American Ford stands behind the vehicles they sell and have staff like Mr. Vergopia who make the entire experience all worth while. I will certainly return for another purchase and would recommend All American Ford to others. More

My lease was up and my wife and I had purchased a vehicle the previous year from All American Ford, so we figured why not check it out for a new lease as well. Long story short, Rudy Porter helped me get th the previous year from All American Ford, so we figured why not check it out for a new lease as well. Long story short, Rudy Porter helped me get the exact new vehicle I wanted to lease for the exact price I wanted it at, so there isn't much more positive things I can say than that. He was very helpful, right to the point, and got me what I wanted very quickly. As far as the dealership goes. It took them an extremely long time to process the new lease (5 hours) and it took them 4 hours to service our other vehicle as well (which was only getting an oil change). Rudy was really great helping us out with getting the vehicle we wanted. The rest of the day was kind of dragged out. Overall, a positive experience though. More

HD @ All American Ford went the mile for me for me. When the car wasn't ready they was able bring the car to home. When it comes pricing they really let you of all programs and rebates FORD has which gets i the car wasn't ready they was able bring the car to home.
