This is the 4th car I've gotten from the sales manager Steve Plunkett and his team. They are outstanding. I used to shop for price, feature / function of other model cars but never again. Now I am in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours driving in my new car with exactly the deal I wanted. This time it was a 2014 Ford Escape Platinum. I've find Steve to be honest and trustful. Each time I've explained to him what I wanted to achieve, how much I wanted to spend .. on either a lease or purchase ... and he finds exactly what I want - at the price I want. I'm always feel I'm treated as their only customer. He knows I will buy a car if he puts the right deal on the table .. and he does it every time. My sales rep this time was Carlos Marin. He was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He implemented the exact deal Steve and I made with not 1 change or issue. The finance team of Chris Ortiz and Arie Davis had all the paperwork put together in 30 minutes. The explained everything in an easy to understand manner. These folks make it so easy and comfortable getting a new car that I can't wait until 36 months are up on my lease so I can come and get another.
