Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Kyle who welcomed us to the dealership with a warm smile. At first we had our guard up because we didn't know what to expect nor did we want to be taken adva welcomed us to the dealership with a warm smile. This is my third year returning to All American Ford as well as to Lease Renewal Manager Larry Rubin. He has been very friendly and kind to both myself and my husband which is why we return to him. He has listened to what I am looking for and kept me around my price point. I do not feel that he is the classic "pushy car salesman" which again is why I return to him. The dealership is always clean and I have not had a problem with the service department, whether I came in for a simple oil change or issues with my Ford. On a side note, this dealership has also been kind to a volunteer organization I belong to where they have provided donations for promotional events to us. They are a business with ties to their community as well as neighboring ones. I would most definitely recommend Larry and this dealership. More

My first experience buying a vehicle at All American Ford in Hackensack, NJ and got to say it was a pleasure. Carlos Marin worked with us to help us find the best deal for the best price. TJ was also infor in Hackensack, NJ and got to say it was a pleasure. Carlos Marin worked with us to help us find the best deal for the best price. He did not push us into anything, we knew what we really wanted this time, but gave us options to choose from and was with us every step of the way. In the beginning, the saleman, Eddie was nice. They took a deposit of $100 from us because the color of car we wanted was at another place close by, and was promised the money back right away if we did not a deposit of $100 from us because the color of car we wanted was at another place close by, and was promised the money back right away if we did not want that particular vehicle. That was on Sept. 20th, a Friday. We made tentative plans to be back that Monday to test drive the car with the color we wanted. On Saturday, I had a set back with injuries (am disabled) and called Eddie to let him know we would not be able to come in that Monday. Note: I called the very next day and did the right thing, instead of canceling out on Monday, the day we were supposed to meet with All-American Ford (which I could've done, but didn't!) My son was in a previous car accident and wasn't driving long distances (we are about 45-60 mins. away from the place) and I, of course, could not drive in my condition, so I asked Eddie to please make sure my refund went through as soon as possible. I also explained at that time that we decided it wasn't the right timing to get a car (with both my son and self not being able to drive much), but that I still wanted to look into a Ford that would fit our needs in the near future and would come back to All-American Ford. I am also a single parent and needed the money back that they took out of my account. From Sept. 21 until now, Oct. 18th, I have still not received the money back into my account! I have contacted the following people by either phone or email and NO ONE has followed through with returning MY money, not theirs, MY money. Eddie Watson; called a couple of times, he promised to see it through, never did -- Steve Plunket, Sales Mgr., emailed him and left a voicemail, no response -- Ms. Zarate & Arie Davis, Internet Sales Mgrs., spoke with both who assured me they would follow through with the refund, never did it, Arie called me 2 weeks into it and apologized, said he would make sure it gets done, haven't heard from him since (I left a couple of voicemails for him to get back to me within the past 2 weeks - this is now 4 weeks later) -- finally spoke to Joe Fisher, General Sales Mgr., yesterday who took down my debit card info., repeated it back to me and stated he would put the refund through personally and I would see it back in my account within 2 hours and if I didn't, to call and let him know. I gave it until the end of bank business day, did not see it and sent an email last night that I would be in touch this morning either way. When I called this morning, I was told he was off for the day! So, where is my bankcard/account information???? Out there somewhere where someone can steal it?? I then asked to speak to the Dealer President, Jon Selman and was told he was not in the building. ...of course. So, in all, I went from the salesperson to Sales Mgr., to Internet Sales Mgrs., to the GM and had to try the President to get this rectified after a month?!!!! If this is how they treat a single Mom, disabled, with a son who's been through a major car accident and has to replace their car, I wonder how they treat their own families!! Needless to say, very poor, disgusting business ethics. All-American Ford in Hackensack should be ashamed of themselves! And, I was nice enough to consider, when able, going back to them to do business in the beginning of all of this horrible experience. I will never give them my business and will let everyone I know what happened and that they cannot be trusted to do the right thing. More
