I was looking for a new car and I had few different brands in mind. One being the new Fusion, I went there and talked to Brian, he set up a test drive and the car was great. Brian took care of everything in the process (updating insurance, registration, taking care of my balance on trade-in) and made the transition nice and smooth. Salesman then admitted they check website not internal inventory and it takes a couple wee told they had them. Went in and all were sold, really??
