We just purchased a 2013 Edge at All American Ford in Hackensack. Our experience from the time we entered until the time we left was terrific. We test drove both the Edge and the Escape and he was so patient and knowledgeable about both cars. We ultimately went with the Edge. He gave us so many tips and information that really helped us to decide which was best for us. Both Joe and Larry have such upbeat personalities that it was a pleasure to deal with both of them. My experience with All American Ford was great. My husband & I went in with intentions of just finding some information out in regards to trading our current vehicle (Ford Fusion) for an Edge. Our sa husband & I went in with intentions of just finding some information out in regards to trading our current vehicle (Ford Fusion) for an Edge. Our sales rep was Carlos Marin, he very helpful and listened to what we wanted & needed. The staff was great and really worked with us. They were so great with us that we ended up trading in our Fusion and went home that same evening with a new Edge. While we waited to finalize everything they offered us water and also had their tech person sit with us in the Edge and demonstrate all the wonderful features the car came with like the SYNC. They even advised me that if I needed help with the SYNC or any of the other car features that I could just give them a call and come in. The staff there is very nice and that made for a quick and easy process. I would definitely recommend this Ford dealership to friends & family. We walked out of there very happy. More
