I put a deposit down on a Ford Fusion Hybrid on June 29th. I am still waiting for the refund. After thinking about it, I realized the payments were too high. When I called Steve Martino on July 1st and explained my situation, I asked him to see if there was a car without the Sport package, that I did not need. That should have brought the price down about $4,000, making it more affordable for me. He called back and told me there were none available. He came down a little bit in the price he quoted me for the Sport version. I said I would think about it. The following day I called and told him I was not interested. Then he offered to look for a non-sport version. Had he lied to me about checking previously? That is what it felt like. After a week, on July 8th I still had not received a credit for my deposit. I left a message and did not receive a call back. Two days later I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I then received a call from Steve explaining that I had to come in to get my credit card scanned for the credit. On July 12th I went in. The person who processed the credits was gone for the day. He would take care of it and call me on Saturday. Saturday came and went -- no call, no credit. I called again (this is now becoming a part-time job for me) on July 19th. I was told the person was on vacation all week. Steve would check with him when he returned on Monday and call me back. Still waiting for the call and the credit. When the time comes for me to purchase a new vehicle, it will most certainly not be from All American Ford. I will make sure all my friends know that too. More

I brought my 2013 Ford Flex to All American Ford in Hackensack for a recall. They were able to schedule me right away. When I heard that my car was going to be there overnight, they were able to get me Hackensack for a recall. They were able to schedule me right away. When I heard that my car was going to be there overnight, they were able to get me a loaner car. Even the guy who drove me to work and picked me up to get my loaner car was friendly. I think his name was Paul. I also got a chance to speak with Edward Vergopia, the service manager, he made sure my experience at All American Ford in Hackensack was a good one. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience there. I will bring my car there again for service, they really go out of their way to make you happy. Thank you All American Ford! Larry was very honest, personable and a true professional. This car being for my wife I wanted to be very cautious, Larry put me at ease right away. From very fair price negotiations to well over an hour just going through every function the SUV had AND making sure we understood them before we left the lot. Everyone at the dealership is very courteous. It's very comforting to know that Larry Rubin and Joe Fisher are men of their word. I'll be dealing with them exclusively in the future. f your looking for a great vehicle at a fair price, All American Ford is the way to go. He was patient and courteous throughout the whole process. I have not purchased a car in 15 years and All American Ford did a lot of the things I thought I would have to do such as deal with DMV. Besides the great service, I am a lifetime Ford customer, this is the 3rd Ford vehicle I have owned. More
