All American does my service. I had new brake pads installed after about 46k miles. Not bad. About 3 days later I heard noise, Thought nothing of it as I figured the pads were bei I had new brake pads installed after about 46k miles. Not bad. About 3 days later I heard noise, Thought nothing of it as I figured the pads were being worn in. But it just persisted days later. It was about 2wks later I brought it in to get it fixed. Drove it home and the was gone. The following morning driving to work it was back. Bought back again. And long story short they fixed with new rotor and pad. Totally unexpected. Noise no longer persists. Smooth responsive silent braking. AA is committed to customer satisfaction, and are very friendly. My Outback needed service-an oil change and filter and tire rotation. In addition the AC was blowing hot air and there was a vibration felt through the steering wheel. My Service Advisor Katie managed to tire rotation. In addition the AC was blowing hot air and there was a vibration felt through the steering wheel. My Service Advisor Katie managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the AC compressor and replaced the front rotors and pads. The work was done properly and on time. Kudos to Katie and the technician who performed the work. The service here is always very good and the staff courteous, I recommend All American Subaru for your service needs. More

I went to all American Subaru have my complementary oil changed. I also had a problem with a tire. He looked at the tire found a small nail and they patched it. Also had the tires rotated. They took me right in and I waited in the customer waiting area, which had complementary snacks I waited a reasonable amount of time to my vehicle of service. Also received a complementary car wash coupon. I was very satisfied with the wait time in the constant information given to me about the status of my vehicle.
