PLEASE READ THIS FULL REVIEW:I mush share my experience I had with All American Subaru Service. I have a 2015 Subaru Outback the car stopped starting there was an error code B1571being displayed on the compu had with All American Subaru Service. I have a 2015 Subaru Outback the car stopped starting there was an error code B1571being displayed on the computer. I took it to World Subaru in Tinton Falls NJ. Within a couple of hours I got a call from the Service Writer that the Technician said that wire harnesses Had to be replaced and the cost would be $7000.00. They did not mention the error code. This code has nothing to do with the wire harnesses. Know this the car was towed to All American Subaru in Old Bridge. I received a text from the service department which told me there were several issues. I then received a call from the service manager who stated that when the transmission was replaced 6 months earlier be World Subaru there were mounting bolts that were missing, 4 that were cross threaded, the transmission was low 3 quarts of transmission fluid which was low due to the preparation of the installation. Also the direct link to the vehicle not starting was a ground wire that was not reconnected correctly by World. For this repair/to be corrected would cost slightly over $1,050.00 not the $7,000.00 that World Subaru quoted me. Service Manager Michael Roman contacted Subaru Corporate about the inferior workmanship that World Subaru performed. Subaru reviewed Mr' Roman's Report and concurred with the technicians findings and agreed that Subaru would pay for the repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All American Sales and Service Next time you're looking for an Honest and Knowledgeable Mechanic Shop.
