As always I had a very pleasant experience at All American Subaru! I brought my car in for new tires and regular service! I was greeted by Lawrence Chan who handled the ordering of the tires and my American Subaru! I brought my car in for new tires and regular service! I was greeted by Lawrence Chan who handled the ordering of the tires and my service appointment. Lawrence was extremely professional and pleasant! He explained everything that would be done and how long it would take. My car was ready on time! This was during the Pandemic and I was nervous but as promised I was greeted by Lawrence who was wearing a face mask and as he said the waiting area was not crowded and the few people there were spaced out and wearing masks. I left with no worries or concerns! More

Dealer originally told me I had to leave car for 3 days to get recall work done and they would give me a loaner. But I had to have less than a 1/4 tank of gas. When I did bring in car , I could not show provide ins. card so they would not give me loaner and then told me they could fix in 2 hours. I didn’t like staying in dealership due to Covid 19. But I wanted the work done. Service Rep was nice but waiting area very old and sparse. Not many nice amenities. I will try and find a different dealership in the future to see if Subaru has anything better. ! But work was done in 2 hours , but no car wash or extra gas. We had similar recall with my Lexus and they filled car up with gas and washed the car. I think I’ll have to get 2 Lexus’s next time. More

Great service for recall of fuel pump including use of loaner car. Related problem with fix has been met with equally great response and follow up calls from Lawrence C.
