After not buying a car for many years I was very apprehensive about the whole "car buying" experience. I walked into All-American was immediately greeted by Iryna and two and half hours later I was apprehensive about the whole "car buying" experience. I walked into All-American was immediately greeted by Iryna and two and half hours later I was the excited owner of a 2013 Crosstreck. Iryna made the experience so easy, she was welcoming, took time and was patient in explaining all the different features/price of each Crosstreck in the lot to me. We did a test drive and I was sold. She then walked me through the buying process and the next night I picked up my car. While we waited for information needed, she gave me a tour of the entire facility, explained what I would need to do when I brought the car in for service and continually asked if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Iryna and All American if buying a car. More

My husband and I arrived at All American Subaru to purchase a used Subaru Forester we found on-line. A few minutes after we arrived, Nicole Pohlmeyer asked if she could help. Throughout the experience with Nicole I felt respected and well-informed about the vehicle and the pricing/financing. I especially liked that she recognized that while I wanted a car my husband would be comfortable in, I was the primary purchaser. The negotiations, overall, were fair and I did not sense any deceptive practices. The only part of the entire experience that was slightly disappointing was the financing. When I asked Nicole about financing, she mentioned a 1.99 promotional rate through Chase bank for certified used vehicles, which we were purchasing. However, when we got to the person handling the financing, he had the paperwork set up for a 3.94% deal with BoA. To his credit, though, he changed the paperwork and was able to get us the better rate with Chase as soon as we mentioned it. Thank you for treating us with respect and providing us with a great deal on a slightly used Subaru! We will definitely return again and recommend to others. Nicole is an excellent salesperson! More

After being disappointed by another local Subaru dealership, I decided to search online for the BRZ I was interested in. I contacted all my local Subaru dealers and after going back and forth with s dealership, I decided to search online for the BRZ I was interested in. I contacted all my local Subaru dealers and after going back and forth with several of them, I received an offer I was interested in from All American. I'm an extremely impatient person so I was happy to find out I would be able to pick up my vehicle only hours after agreeing to the deal! I headed down that same night, met up with Iryna, and left a few hours later with my 2013 BRZ. Iryna was extremely kind and genuine and I would recommend her and All American to anyone interested in a new or used car. More
