WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! This has been the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life dealing with All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located 11503 at St Charles Rock Rd This has been the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life dealing with All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located 11503 at St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044 purchasing a BRAND NEW 2018 Dodge Challenger. I would not recommend anybody on this earth to buy a car from them ever!!!!!! I literally had my BRAND NEW car for 6 days and it breaks down on me in the middle of the highway because they forgot to do their job in making sure the car was in good shape. Can you believe this? After my car was towed I was informed by All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located at 11503 St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044 where I purchased the car that I would receive a loaner or rental. They lied!!! Now I had to come out of pocket of $403.14 for a rental. Mind you this is 2 weeks before CHRISTMAS!!!!! Now All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located at 11503 St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044 has refused to give me a full refund and will only offer to give me $70. I had to pay $403.14 are they CRAZY!!!!It is now January 7th and this issue has YET to be resolved and they are telling me to go elsewhere to get my money back. So now I call headquarters and they tell me they are not obligated to pay for a rental. It’s the dealership’s responsibility. They also informed me that the dealership is in fault because the car wasn’t inspected. I don’t need to hear that, I just want my money back in full and compensation for all this bs!! Headquarters should take it up with the dealer. Isn’t this a corporate/owner relationship?On top of everything they want me to pay my first month car note when they have not even offered me a full refund for something that was THEIR FAULT!!!!!! How does a BRAND NEW car break down in 6 DAYS and you don’t want to compensate me for anything?!?!?! I wish I never wasted my time dealing with anybody All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Bridgeton, Missouri. I will make sure the word is spread to everyone. Thanks a lot for absolutely NOTHING!!!! Listening to customer and vehicle I’ve visited this dealership more than 5 times. The majority of the visits was to try and find & fix a popping noise in my 2019 truck. The 1st time th I’ve visited this dealership more than 5 times. The majority of the visits was to try and find & fix a popping noise in my 2019 truck. The 1st time they worked very hard and found a hole in my exhaust. They replaced some of the pipes and thought that would fix it. It didn’t fix it so I came back a couple days later. The dealership again searched and adjusted the resonator. That also didn’t make the pop go away. I returned a couple weeks later. The new service tech rode along and said he’s 100% sure it was my MDS, and there was nothing that could be done to get rid of the popping noise on my brand new 2019 truck with 2500 miles. I felt that was unacceptable as this is a new truck and it shouldn’t pop while driving. I had to go back again but this time I had to involve Chrysler. After leaving my truck again overnight, they ran tests and said I needed to ride with my new truck in a certain mode to not hear anything. When you ride in that mode it rides differently and brakes differently and I lose my fuel efficiency. So that makes since to put a bandage on a problem by turning the MDS off but knowing there’s still something wrong in regular drive. Problem is the new service tech was not working on the pop noise but some other noise. The new tech said he never heard the popping noise, but the original service tech not only heard the popping but duplicated it. So why change in the middle of trying to figure out what the problem is. This is why I can’t give 5 stars. This isn’t a bad dealership I don’t like changing midstream. I just want to enjoy my new truck. More
