Mindy immediately saw that and walked me through how the process would go so that I could be prepared. She helped me narrow down what type of car would work best for me based off of my needs and taste. After test driving a few cars, I ended up falling in love with a Jeep Patriot which was roomy enough for me, but not so large that I felt uncomfortable driving it. I was amazed by how friendly, knowledgeable and personable Mindy was! After previously having a terrible experience at another local dealership, Mindy really made me feel secure and I was shocked by how easy the process was! Top-Notch Experience with Eric Hallstead It was time for a new vehicle for me so I began searching online and found a 2016 Dodge Ram with low miles at a great price at All-star Dodge. I had purchased my previous truck there and it was a great experience. So the Hubby and I went to check it out the next day. Eric Hallstead, our salesman took real good care of us. The truck we originally came to look at was already sold but Eric found some similar year Rams with low miles within our price range. I was deciding between 2 trucks that I took out for a ride. The one I ended up buying, I test drove twice. Eric was patient and didn’t use aggressive selling techniques or any other B.S. that we all dread dealing with. He got to know us as a couple and made us feel comfortable. We had a good time joking around making small talk during the test drives. He stayed with us until closing on the evenings of the test drive and financing. Eric made sure that we were happy with our purchase and had the best possible experience. The truck was washed before we signed our paperwork. He took a picture of us in front of our beautiful new truck before driving home at closing. He even contacted me to follow up on the pricing of an-add on feature I was considering even after closing. If you are looking for a top-notch sale experience, I highly recommend Eric. More
