Trust. Reliable. Accurate. Respect. In the past 17 years, I purchased 21 vehicles including cars, trucks, motorcycles and a boat. Needless to say, I have a little experience. I am not a fan of the stereotypical “car salesman” treatment that I get when I shop in person at most dealership. More than not, when I’d ask the salesman about new vehicle features, the attitude of “Little lady, here is your mirror to check your makeup, or we can discuss more when your husband arrives…” is displayed, and I go running for the hills! For this reason, I typically shop for new cars on Sundays when dealerships are closed. This is not the case at All Star Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. I purchased my new Jeep in September and felt like they treated me like family. Brandon Pittman answered my questions accurately and confidently. It didn’t stop there. Scott Hamilton worked with me patiently to search and find the perfect vehicle. Joe Zucchero gave me advice on aftermarket accessories to make my Jeep one of a kind. Never once did I feel like I was being disrespected or taken advantage of. 3 ½ years ago while trying to decide on the next vehicle to purchase, I promised Scott that if I were to by a Jeep, it would be from All Star. I have changed that promise. Now the promise is, if I am going to buy a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram, I will buy it from All Star. I recommend this dealership for your next new, or “new to you” vehicle! More

Felt unimportant I went to Allstar because it was close and a few people I know including family have used this dealer before. Then I felt like I was being lied to. I ended up going to a different dealer and had a great experience. It was a night and day difference! I don't plan on going to Allstar again. More

New van purchase it took a while for someone to wait on us when we got there. Once we had someone they showed us some new 2017 vans which we didn't really like. We it took a while for someone to wait on us when we got there. Once we had someone they showed us some new 2017 vans which we didn't really like. We asked about the 2016 caravans. The first salesman said they had an appointment and turned us over to someone else. On our own we found a Dodge Caravan that 20% off sticker price and we really liked it. The 2nd salesman was told about it and brought it up so we could test drive it. We then saw the 1st salesman an we told him what we found and he said the 2nd salesman brought up the wrong van that was not on sale (both vans were black). The one we drove was an R/T the other wasn't but they had the exact same options. The non R/T van was the one on sale...but then they told us another dealer had it spoken for. They did give us the R/T for a similar price. Then we had to wait a long time to talk to the financial guy. So we spent probably 5 or 6 hours there! We were both exhausted. Also we had to ask them to show us how things worked like the fold down seats. They didn't really spend time showing us and we had to ask. I guess they were busy but we just wanted a few minutes to tell us about the new features... I wish they would have waited on us sooner AND told us about the special deals on the Caravan in the first place. Overall we really liked both salesman though. It's just that we wish we were waited on sooner (that's why we came into the showroom) and maybe the process would not have taken so long. More

Sean went the extra mile to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Before the sale I noticed the car needed to be reset and/or updated so my telephone could be paired to it. Also, there was only one key to the car. He assured me he'd take care of both issues. Some salesmen and dealerships will say anything to close the deal, then the customer is on his own. I never had to follow up with Sean regarding this. HE CALLED ME less than 48 hours after the sale and APOLIGIZED for taking so long to get me a service appointment. When I brought my car in he met me and walked me over to the service department and explained everything to your service staff for me, I didn't have to say a word. I can't recall her name but the lady in the service department was a complete angel. She treated me like a prince and explained everything that was done in terms I could understand. Also, the gentleman who handled my financing was exceptional in explaining everything to me in laymen's terms, great guy. Sean led the charge but EVERYONE I dealt with at All Star made sure All Star looked fantastic. More
