Our budget is obviously tight since we just started out, I just graduated two extra years of school, and are planning a wedding. However, I needed a new car fairly quickly because the once I had since high school was giving out slowly but surely. My fiance and I sought out a few dealers, but they all said the same thing. Because I didn't have established credit yet, nowhere was willing to give me a loan at a price that was reasonable for us to afford. Sure I could have settled for a different type of car, but my heart was set on a Cherokee Trailhawk. I took a chance with All Star Dodge and they were willing to take a chance on me. Will was very knowledgeable about people in situations like mine, and he was willing to help me find a way to get in the car I really wanted. Between him being nothing but truthful and upfront the entire time, to Ken fighting to find a bank that would offer me a decent loan, All Star truly went above and beyond to help me find my dream car when other dealerships wouldn't. All Star isn't afraid to stay 30 minutes past when they close in order to crunch the numbers. They don't take "no" for an answer like most dealerships. Time after time other places told me no bank would give me a loan for the percent I wanted, yet All Star found a way to make it work. This place is the real deal, no gimmicks, who will go out of their way to help you find your dream car. I couldn't be more appreciative to Will!! More

She wanted some luxuries in a new van so I began the online search for any remaining 2016 Town a My wife drove a 2014 base model Dodge Grand Caravan. She wanted some luxuries in a new van so I began the online search for any remaining 2016 Town and Country's that were still out there that were not a base model and all WHITE or SILVER. I typed in the options my wife wanted and All Star Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep popped up. I clicked on the picture and printed the window sticker. The wife LOVED it. I did a search on the website for staff members and perused the pictures and played roulette with their pictures and the ball landed on Chaz Walker's picture. He had me at his bowtie so I contacted him via email and said I'd come visit him with the wife and let them do a trade appraisal and see where we could end up. They showed me the numbers and I went home. I came back with some other numbers and they ran them and said they could work it out and now my wife has her dream Town and Country with a lot of perks that wasn't in our previous van and our payment is only a few dollars more than what we were originally paying. If you ever play roulette in finding a car salesman, make sure it always lands on Chaz Walker. He will go above and beyond to get your car ready (even after the porters leave, Chaz will be out there cleaning out and detailing your car after hours). That's above and beyond customrer service. Chaz, you have a customer for life as long as you stay in the business my friend. Steve Knipp took care of the back end of the deal and we got financed with a dealer warranty that was a great value and no deductable after the 3 year 36000 bumper to bumper. From Stranded Motorist to Proud Owner of a new Car When we first spoke to Brandon at All Star on the phone we didn't know what an adventure our trip would become. We had a 3 hour drive just to look at When we first spoke to Brandon at All Star on the phone we didn't know what an adventure our trip would become. We had a 3 hour drive just to look at the Tahoe he had spoke to us about. But he was willing to offer us a car for far less than our local dealerships had in mind. So we took our 1980's model pickup on the road. No air conditioning on what could only be described as the hottest day of the year, made the vehicle in question seem more and more appealing as we inched closer to our destination. One last stop for fuel just outside of St. Louis and everything changed. Coming off the exit ramp the truck overheated and steam poured out of the hood. Water flooded the highway and cars zoomed by giving us our first impression of air conditioning for the day. I told my husband we would call a taxi and I didn't care if we left in another 1980's model vehicle we was buying a vehicle that day! My husband stopped me from calling what could have been a very expensive taxi ride, and gave Brandon a call. As soon as he heard we was sitting stranded on a major Highway with traffic paying us no mind and the sun blistering our skin (okay so all we said was "is it possible to give us a ride the last 45 minutes to the lot?") he grabbed a set of keys and headed our way. Brandon was friendly, helpful and most importantly at that moment our savior with an air conditioned ride! When we arrived on the lot they had the Tahoe we had called about cleaned up and waiting on us. Brandon jumped in the back and directed these two country bumpkins around the big city even helping us find a hole in the wall dining establishment to fill us up. The Tahoe was everything we needed, and more! The best part was, even after catering to us, picking us up, drive us all around, eating lunch with us and finding out our credit wasn't the best, Brandon and the team at All Star Dodge helped us by coming down on the price of our new vehicle and getting us financed so that we didn't have to walk home, push a truck home or even ride a bike! Instead we got to drive home in a beautiful 2000's model, air conditioned vehicle at a price we could afford! Now the story on the truck and the consecutive 8 days of 6 hour round trip drives till we found a trailer the right size to pull it home on (and the two blowouts) and countless other mishaps is another story for another time... every day is an adventure. But with All Star Dodge we didn't have to worry about our adventure being scary, difficult or painful; it was an adventure worth repeating! After showing me the cars they had on display, the one car that struck my eye was the exact one I'd been looking for all year: a 2014 Chevy Cruze. I loved everything about it, the way it looked, the way it drove, everything. There was no other car I wanted but that one and Curtis helped me in every step of the way.
