The process was quite long, but everyone was friendly, personable, and respectful, so I did not mind the process. I left the dealership confident in the price I paid for my new vehicle. Everyone there was very honest and extra helpful knowing it was my first time buying a vehicle. Steve Knipp in finance was also very great to work with, he worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate for my loan and took time to answer all of my questions.
