I worked with Brandon Pittman who helped understand my financing goals and exactly which car I was interested in. He kept me up to date with the progress of the application and even contacted me after hours just to let me know everything was in motion and when to expect to hear from the dealer again. I was able to drive up at lunch, test drive the car, and then sign all the paperwork and go. I appreciate the no-hassle and no-stress. Steve Knipp was the finance guy and he was patient and worked hard to make a deal for me. My husband and I will be back when it's time to purchase his new Jeep. More

Service Department does shoddy work On July 14, 2014, I took my 97 Dodge Van in to have a left front wheel bearing, that had gone bad , replaced. Mileage at that time was 180079. They ch On July 14, 2014, I took my 97 Dodge Van in to have a left front wheel bearing, that had gone bad , replaced. Mileage at that time was 180079. They checked the spindle and said it was okay then replaced the inner and outer bearings races and grease seal. Total for labor, parts and taxes was $360.00. On April 20, 2015, I took the vehicle to a shop to look at the left front wheel bearing making a lot of noise. Upon inspection the inner wheel bearing had not been packed properly with grease and no grease had even been applied to the inner race. The inner race was covered with rust on the entire surface where the bearing rides. The lack of grease on the race and on the inner grease seal allowed water to infiltrate and the rust the race and the bearing was riding on the rust make lots of noise. This all occurred when the odometer read 184559. Even cheap wheel bearings installed properly will last at least 50,000 miles. Good bearing installed properly will last over 100k miles with service checks. Given that All Star Dodge charged me $360.00 for a service that should last at least 50,000 miles and lasted only 10% of the time there should be compenssation as I am no longer in the St Louis area, but the response from the Service Manager JEFF FERGUSON was and I quote "I reviewed your images with my assistant manager and cannot determine any improper repair made at our facility. " Based on this I would recommend taking your vehile to some other service department, as this is improper work by their technician and complete denial of failure by management. I even sent them pictures showing the extent of the rust and water infiltration into the front wheel bearing area as they put a new hub (dust cover) on the from bearing and the outside was clean bt the inside was covered with rust and the cotter pin and nut lock were also covered in rust which could be plainly seen in the photos. In my opinion, the service department at ALL STAR Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram should be avoided at all costs. Morris Dare A Former All Star customer Since I sent comments to the service manager and received no response< I will embellish a little. I sent All Star a picture showing the inner wheel bearing race which is covered in rust. Apparently they do not know what they were looking at as they think that is fine. I am not making statements about the quality of the parts as they used aftermarket parts and not MoPar parts which is not the issue. I am making a complaint about the installation that was done improperly. The placed a lot of grease on the inner part of the bearing but did not properly pack the grease into the bearing or even make a faint attempt to put grease on the bearing race. This improper lubrication caused the inner grease seal to not properly seal out moisture which caused the unlubricated bearing race to rust. Apparently they do not wish to properly evaluate the pictures they were provide. The work I had to have done to repair this mess was done by a Certified shop and they disassembled and laid the parts out for me to take pictures which any reputable service department would review and see what they had done wrong. All Star just doesn't want to admit that they rushed a job and did not do the work properly. More

I was placed in the more than capable hands of Tex. It was refreshing to have a salesman with integrity and didn't try to sell me all the bells and whistles to increase his commission. He was personable, honest, hilarious and kept constant communication. He broke everything down in a way that was super easy to understand. And didn't want me to rush into the decision of getting a new car. I have never been more pleased with a car buying experience than the one I had with Tex and the All Star Dealership Team!
