My All Star Experience - from First contact to keys in hand I recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee from All Star. Joe Zucchero was the key player making the deal happen. Joe contacted me and knew based on 'true car' what I was looking for. He asked appropriate questions, immediately searched for what I wanted. He never tried to upsale me, nor try to push me in a direction I didn't want to go. He was straightforward. After narrowing the decision down to 2 dealers, Joe knew just how to 'sweeten' the deal. After a couple hiccups on date of sale, cleared up by Scott, all went well. Joe was unavailable by the time the Jeep was ready (he was there all day getting the Jeep from Illinois and cleaned up).
