I have never been taken advantage of more in my life as a disabled veteran. Mandatory dealer options and a "market adjustment" increased the sale price to $10,000 above msrp. The service department replaced the radiator and ac lines, before driving 2,000 miles after the dealership made the repairs, transmission had radiator fluid in the system and Allen Honda basically said lines, before driving 2,000 miles after the dealership made the repairs, transmission had radiator fluid in the system and Allen Honda basically said to bad so sad and the car is not operational without spending an additional $7,000 to fix a problem that did not exist before the service department worked on the vehicle. This is the worst experience and was unpleasantly surprised by the outcome. More

We came into Allen Honda unsure if we were buying or not. Mark Trosclair (sales associate) met us at the door and helped us every step of the way. After we decided what vehicle we wanted the process was smooth as butter. Cassie Roe in finance helped us fill out paperwork and we were good to go. Everyone we met was super friendly. This was honestly the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at a dealership, I guess they have some type of “protection” against state and federal laws, because they definitely do “BAIT AND SWITCH” because they wil dealership, I guess they have some type of “protection” against state and federal laws, because they definitely do “BAIT AND SWITCH” because they will NOT sell the vehicle for the advertised price, and “PACKING” the payment is ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL, and they do that too, Packing the payment means they show you the monthly payment with extended warranty, GAP, and other “optional” items. I went in for a $16k car, and when they showed me the 1st offer, it showed “AMOUNT FINANCED” to be $25k!!! I’m like y’all must’ve lost your mind, and I go to leave, and this is where most dealers start to negotiate, they didn’t negotiate $1, More
