Every time my wife goes they are rude to her. This time they let us schedule service at five pm then they confirmed it but when she showed up for service they said well I don’t care we don’t sch This time they let us schedule service at five pm then they confirmed it but when she showed up for service they said well I don’t care we don’t schedule that late. Showed the confirmation and they said well don’t matter our techs are about to go home anyways. I hope they do not always treat their customers this rude. More
